Updated: October 2026
In short: As of our research in October 2026, we found no Juice Cleanse on hellofresh.de. The homepage describes meal boxes with pre-portioned ingredients and recipes. That is a snapshot, not proof that nothing similar ever existed or exists. If you're looking for a Juice Cleanse, we compare here, objectively, what you should look out for. As of October 2026.
Did you search for a HelloFresh Juice Cleanse? We checked and tell you what we can back up and what we can't.
Is there a HelloFresh Juice Cleanse?
As of our research in October 2026: we didn't find one. On the hellofresh.de homepage and on the plans page, we found no sign of a Juice Cleanse, juices or a fasting cleanse. We are not HelloFresh, so we make no statement on whether there are promotions, other country sites or future products.
If you want to be sure, ask customer service directly or check your customer account. Offers change, and a search engine doesn't always know the current state.
What does HelloFresh offer according to its homepage?
Meal boxes. The site describes them as pre-portioned, with ingredients measured to the gram and simple recipes, adjustable weekly, with the option to pause deliveries or cancel. As recipe categories, the site names, for example, Premium, High Protein, Low Carb, vegan, international, burgers and desserts and snacks. Prices weren't on the pages we checked.
That is a different concept from a cleanse: you cook yourself, the meals cover the whole day, and there is no fasting character. If you want to lose weight or give your body a break, you can steer this through recipe choice and portion sizes, but that remains your decision.
What's the difference between a meal box and a Juice Cleanse?
A meal box delivers ingredients for cooking; a Juice Cleanse replaces meals with drinks for a few days. The table sums up the differences. For the meal box, we rely only on what the homepage states.
| Meal box (principle) | Juice Cleanse (frank.) | |
|---|---|---|
| What arrives? | Ingredients and recipes | 6 juices (330 ml) per cleanse day |
| Cooking effort | Yes, with a recipe | None |
| Duration | Weekly, flexible | 1, 3, 5 or 7 days |
| Goal | Everyday meals | Short break for your body |
| Energy per day | Depending on selection | approx. 650 to 930 kcal per level |
These are different products for different purposes. It would be unfair to play them off against each other.
You can still combine the two sensibly: after a Juice Cleanse you need light, simple dishes for easing back in. If you like getting ready-prepped ingredients and recipes for that, you could also pick a meal box with vegetarian or vegan recipes. That is our idea from practice and not a statement about a HelloFresh programme. Look at the recipes before you order, and don't let heavy sauces or cream tempt you into going all in again on the very first day. How to rebuild is covered under What Is Best to Eat After a Juice Cleanse?
What do you look for in a Juice Cleanse from a provider?
Ingredients, sugar, calories, production and notes on risk groups. A reputable cleanse states this data openly on the product page. Our checklist:
- Sugar content: How much sugar per day is in the juices?
- Calories: With low energy, duration and preparation are important.
- Production: Cold-pressed, pasteurised or HPP? How long does it keep?
- Notes: Does it say who the cleanse is not suitable for?
- Promises: Steer clear of healing or weight guarantees.
As the Verbraucherzentrale stresses, the cleansing effects promised for fasting cannot be demonstrated, because the liver and kidneys take on this task in healthy people anyway. More in the article Juice Cleanse Test.
What alternatives are there if you're looking for a Juice Cleanse?
Three ways: make it yourself, order one ready-made or switch to intermittent fasting.
| Way | Advantage | Disadvantage |
|---|---|---|
| Press yourself | Full control over ingredients | Lots of effort, shopping, cleaning |
| Ready-made Juice Cleanse | Plannable, no effort | Costs more, not a permanent state |
| Intermittent fasting | Practical for everyday life, inexpensive | No clear cleanse character |

Prices as of October 2026, nutritional values per cleanse day. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and the immunosuppressed. At least one extra litre of still water or herbal tea is recommended. How we classify the levels is covered under The Different Juices of a Juice Cleanse.
What does a day of the frank. Juice Cleanse look like?
You drink six juices spread across the day, so roughly one every two to three hours. In the Starter level these are Marvellous Greens, The Good Life, The Crocodile, Indian Sundaze, True Romance and Mister White. With Medium, Lean Machine replaces The Good Life; with Pro, The Purist additionally replaces the juice True Romance.
| Time | Example |
|---|---|
| 8 am | First juice, then water |
| 10 am | Second juice |
| 12 pm | Third juice, walk |
| 2 pm | Fourth juice, herbal tea |
| 4 pm | Fifth juice |
| 6 pm | Sixth juice, then tea |
The order is a suggestion; you can adapt it to your rhythm. It's important to drink enough still water or unsweetened tea alongside. If you're doing a Juice Cleanse for the first time, it's best to start on a quiet day.
Who should ask a doctor before a cleanse?
Everyone with pre-existing conditions or regular medication. The Verbraucherzentrale advises getting medical advice before fasting, especially with regular medication, insulin or existing conditions. The DGE also points out that medical supervision is decisive for therapeutic fasting, especially when medication has to be adjusted.
This applies regardless of the provider. A Juice Cleanse replaces neither treatment nor a balanced diet. It's meant as a short impulse that you finish with a gentle return to normal eating. After the cleanse, plan two to three days of light food for this, such as soup, steamed vegetables and potatoes, before you eat normally again. Especially with pre-existing conditions, it's worth agreeing this plan with your doctor beforehand and, if in doubt, choosing a shorter cleanse.
