10 questions for your shot cleanse
While our juice and soup cleanses were developed for fasting, i.e. for abstaining from solid food for a certain period of time, you take three ginger shots per day as part of our shot cleanse. This means you can eat and drink as usual during your shot cleanse.
No! Although all three flavours are based on ginger, they all taste different. If you're a fan of turmeric, you'll love Wake Up Call. The fruity components of passion fruit and aronia dominate the Fast Lane shot - you can feel the guarana and mate, but you can hardly taste them. The blueberry dominates in Lavender Skies and you can taste the very pleasant lavender flavour.
In principle, anything goes during your shot cleanse! The aim is to structure your everyday life and establish new routines. The shots can also help you fight cravings for something sweet after a meal. If you want to reduce your body weight, our shot cleanse can help you to make your everyday life more conscious and healthier.
The frank. Shot with the highest ginger content is rounded off by the fruity-sour notes of orange and lemon. Pepper with its piperine content ensures increased bioavailability of the curcumin from our turmeric juice. Extra vitamin C from natural acerola pulp contributes to a normal immune system.

With your shot cleanse, you will receive a total of 21 organic ginger shots in 3 different varieties. You drink 3 different ginger shots per day!
Fast Lane is our exotic shot: the sweet and sour passion fruit perfectly balances the slightly tart notes of guarana and mate and goes well with the pleasant spiciness of ginger. As an alternative to conventional coffee and energy drinks, guarana is known to be more energising than caffeine from coffee. Mate, on the other hand, is less energising, but more constant and longer-lasting (see graph below). This is precisely why we combine both plant extracts in our smart shot. Extra vitamin C contributes to a normal metabolism.

Basically, anyone who wants to integrate new routines into their everyday life can do our shot cleanse! However, as Fast Lane contains a high caffeine content, we advise pregnant and breastfeeding women not to take it.
Lavender and ashwagandha are well known for their relaxing properties against inner restlessness. But don't get the wrong idea: Awake and focussed instead of sleepy is the motto here! We combine the two plant extracts lavender and ashwagandha in our fruity ginger shot with blueberry, making it not only delicious, but also really smart and functional. We also integrate curry leaf extract into the Lavender Skies shot for your focus. Curry leaf extract is a natural source of the mineral iron, which contributes to a normal metabolism.

No! Wake Up Call has the highest proportion of ginger at around 25%. Fast Lane contains 22.5% and Lavender Skies 20% ginger.
