The term "5:2" stands for eating normally 5 days a week and fasting 2 days with frank. Fasting products. It is a form of intermittent fasting and thus stands in contrast to our classic, multi-day cleanses. The 5:2 intermittent fasting programme is perfect for weight management and also brings with it the positive effects of fasting. The large calorie deficit on the fasting days makes it easier for you to achieve your desired weight. You don't have to think about anything, as we have already developed perfectly coordinated meals for you. You also get ginger shots for your morning routine and delicious herbal tea as an alternative to soft drinks for in-between snacks.

The meals are calorie-reduced, dried in a particularly nutrient-preserving way and specially developed for fasting and long-term weight loss. They contain a very specific ratio of individual nutrients and quantities of ingredients.
They taste like home-cooked and are perfectly balanced. The quality is also unique: certified organic, vegan and gluten-free.

The 5:2 intermittent fasting programme is basically suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight in the long term and sustainably - without any yo-yo effect or starvation! If you want to lose a few kilos, this method is ideal.

You are very flexible as you can choose the two days on which you fast. If you have birthdays and parties coming up in a week, you can schedule the fasting days on the quiet days without appointments. You also have the choice between individual fasting days, e.g. Monday and Thursday, or fasting on both days in a row, e.g. Monday and Tuesday. We recommend the latter option for a more intense fasting experience. If you are more interested in saving calories, you can also do both fasting days independently of each other each week.
What's more, the fasting meals are very practical: small, light and non-refrigerated, you can take them with you wherever you go and simply pour boiling water over them in a bowl and leave them to soak briefly.
