Our shots can enrich your everyday life in a variety of ways, whether as a morning energy kick straight after getting up, as a supplement to breakfast or as a healthy alternative to a sweet dessert. And best of all, our shots are also ideal for travelling, as you can simply pack them in your bag.
You can either drink the shots as they are or mix them with cold or hot water for a cool refreshment or as a warming tea.
You can find our shots individually in boxes of 7, in the shot cleanse, in the 5:2 programme or in your own customised box.

Why frank. ginger shots?
Classic juices and shots are usually pasteurized to preserve them. This means that they are briefly heated to approx. 60 to 90°C to kill microorganisms and thus extend their shelf life. However, this also destroys heat-sensitive vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances. This can also affect the taste! The juices and shots from frank. are preserved using the HPP process. This means that the juices and shots are exposed to high pressure instead of heat. This also kills microorganisms while preserving the nutrients. frank. juices and shots are therefore of raw food quality!
Our shots are purely natural products! They get their intense colours and aromas from the field-fresh fruit and vegetable varieties. We do not add any flavourings or colourings to our bottles. Therefore, the colours and flavours may vary slightly.
While our juices contain 330 ml, our shots contain a convenient 60 ml. Both the juices and the shots are cold-pressed! The latter contain ginger juice in concentrated form with various powerfoods for your morning routine. While you can drink the shots in one or two gulps, you should allow 15 to 20 minutes for your juices.
We completely dispense with the quality-reducing process of pasteurization and the use of preservatives. For this reason, our juices and shots are sensitive and have a limited shelf life: we guarantee a minimum shelf life of approx. 14 days after delivery.
frank. juices and shots are clear and contain no fruit or vegetable pieces or peel residue. This is because the solid plant components are separated from the liquid ones and the concentrated form of nutrients ends up in the bottle as juice. Smoothies are “smooth” because other parts of the plant are also processed, such as the peel. Although the proportion of fiber is higher in smoothies, this is not the purpose of fasting cures that aim to relieve your digestive tract! In addition, smoothies often contain added sugar, colorings and preservatives - and that's certainly not what ends up in our bottles.
For optimum nutritional value and the best possible freshness, we recommend storing at 2°C to a maximum of 8°C in as dark an environment as possible - ideally in the fridge. Don't always have your fridge with you? Transport your juices and shots in a cool bag at warm or hot temperatures to preserve the quality of the juices and shots. You can also use the shipping carton as a cool box at home thanks to cardboard insulation - regularly replace the cool packs with frozen ones.
Apart from our The Glow, all our juices are vegan. The Glow contains high-quality collagen of animal origin. We also use selected fruit and vegetables, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts! The exact composition of each individual juice can be found in the nutritional information for each juice.
