Das ist nun bereits meine fünfte Saftkur, die ich bei Frank bestellt habe. Es ist zwar immer echt hart, aber die Säfte sind lecker und der Effekt ist wirklich toll. Sowohl meine Figur, als auch mein Stoffwechsel haben sich deutlich verbessert und das nachhaltig. Ich kann die Kuren nur empfehlen.

Why frank. Shots?

For our frank. Shots, we only use organic ingredients and combine unusual fruits and functional ingredients. This means that the flavours, sharpness and smart additives differ. We use environmentally friendly glass bottles to reduce our ecological footprint.

Our shots are purely natural products! They get their intense colours and aromas from the field-fresh fruit and vegetable varieties. We do not add any flavourings or colourings to our bottles. Therefore, the colours and flavours may vary slightly.

Our frank. Shots can be kept unrefrigerated for at least 3 months - so you don't have to consume them in a very short time and they don't take up any space in your fridge.

The juices and shots from frank. are clear instead of naturally cloudy and contain no fruit or vegetable pieces or peel residue. This is because the solid plant components are separated from the liquid ones and the concentrated form of nutrients ends up in the bottle as juice. Smoothies are ‘smooth’ because other parts of the plant are also processed, such as the peel. Although the proportion of fibre is higher in smoothies, this is not the purpose of fasting cures that aim to relieve your digestive tract! In addition, smoothies often contain added sugar, colourings and preservatives - and that's certainly not what ends up in our bottles.

Unlike our juices, frank. Shots do not necessarily need to be refrigerated. You can easily store them at room temperature. For an extra freshness boost, we recommend putting the shots in the fridge shortly before consumption.

Apart from our The Glow, all our juices are vegan. The Glow contains high-quality collagen of animal origin. We also use selected fruit and vegetables, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts! The exact composition of each individual juice can be found in the nutritional information for each juice.
