Terms of participation for the Frank Juice referral programme
By taking part in our referral programme, the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Frank Juice GmbH (both available on our website) apply. The following additional terms also apply to the Frank Juice referral programme:
Qualifying referral. A qualifying referral is defined as a purchase on www.thefrankjuice.com by a person (a “referred customer”) who reaches our website by clicking the referral link. You are limited to one qualifying referral per referred customer. In other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualifying referrals.
Referred customer. The referred customer and the referring person cannot be the same person (e.g. by using a different email address).
Referral rewards. For you as the referrer to receive rewards, the referred customer must complete an order on the Frank Juice website. You then receive your reward in the form of a €10 voucher towards your next order. The maximum number of qualifying referrals per calendar year is 50 qualifying referrals.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals. The Frank Juice referral programme must not be used by companies to generate partner leads, as determined by Frank Juice at its own discretion.
No spam. You are obliged to comply with all current “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be written and sent in a personal way, and sending mass emails is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under applicable law is expressly prohibited and will result in the immediate deletion of your account and exclusion from the Frank Juice GmbH referral programme .
Right to close accounts. Frank Juice reserves the right to close the account(s) of referring persons and/or referred customers and to demand proper payment if the referring person and/or the referred customer tries to use the Frank Juice referral programme in a questionable way, or breaches these terms or any law, regulation or official requirement.
Right to end the programme or change the terms. Frank Juice reserves the right to end the referral programme or change these terms of participation at any time at its own discretion. Rewards not yet redeemed will expire at that point.
