10 questions for your shot cleanse

While our juice and soup cleanses are designed for fasting, meaning going without solid food for a set period, with our shot cleanse you take three organic ginger shots per day. So you can eat and drink as usual during your shot cleanse.

No! The base of all three varieties is ginger, but each variant tastes different. If you're a turmeric fan, you'll love Organic Ginger Shot Immunity. In the shot Organic Ginger Shot Energy the fruity components passion fruit and aronia dominate: you feel the guarana and mate but hardly taste them. In Organic Ginger Shot Relax blueberry dominates and you taste the very pleasant lavender note.

In principle, anything goes during your shot cleanse! The aim is to structure your everyday life and establish new routines. The shots can also help you fight cravings for something sweet after a meal. If you want to reduce your body weight, our shot cleanse can help you to make your everyday life more conscious and healthier.

The frank. organic ginger shot with the highest ginger content is rounded off by fruity, sour notes of orange and lemon. Pepper, with its piperine, increases the bioavailability of the curcumin in our turmeric juice. Extra vitamin C from natural acerola pulp contributes to a normal immune system.

With your shot cleanse you get a total of 21 organic ginger shots in 3 different flavours. Every day you drink 3 different organic ginger shots!

Organic ginger shot Energy is our exotic shot: the sweet-sour passion fruit perfectly balances the slightly bitter notes of guarana and mate and suits the pleasant heat of the ginger. As an alternative to regular coffee and energy drinks, guarana is known to stimulate more strongly than the caffeine in coffee. Mate, on the other hand, is less stimulating but steadier and longer lasting (see graphic below). That is exactly why we combine both plant extracts in our smart shot. Extra vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Basically, anyone who wants to integrate new routines into their everyday life can do our shot cleanse! However, as Fast Lane contains a high caffeine content, we advise pregnant and breastfeeding women not to take it.

Lavender and ashwagandha are widely known for their relaxing properties. But don't get us wrong: awake and focused rather than sleepy is the motto here! We combine the two plant extracts lavender and ashwagandha in our fruity ginger shot with blueberry, so it is not only tasty but also properly smart and functional. We also add curry leaf extract to the organic ginger shot Relax for your focus. Curry leaf extract is a natural source of the mineral iron, which contributes to a normal metabolism.

Our shot cleanse lasts 7 days and can of course be extended as you like. Never change a winning team!

No! Organic ginger shot Immunity has the highest ginger share at about 25%. Organic ginger shot Energy contains 22.5% and organic ginger shot Relax 20% ginger.
